This week is for the anxiety that is collective on lower back.

Holistic Retreat - Anxiety

7th August 2021, 13.30 - 15.30

It is just a simple afternoon with friends, a good time and some self-healing knowledge. Refreshments are included. 

 

Anxiety has several causes and it can have many different effects on our bodies, such as causing muscle pain and tension, headaches, high blood pressure and digestive problems to name a few.

During the retreat we will look at different areas of the body to learn how they are affected by anxiety and how you can relieve these effects using a range of techniques in a holistic approach.

You will learn key health skills to self-reduce the effects of anxiety, such as yoga, breathing techniques, beneficial exercises and relaxation techniques to relieve muscle tension and reduce blood pressure, and discover how the food we eat can increase the symptoms of anxiety or be used to reduce its effects.

I believe that rather than just everyday practicing and waiting for the yoga teacher to guide you to self-awareness or waiting for your turn for your yoga teachers to do a physical adjustment, yoga students should be able to take matters into their own hands.

Samsara Halahala - Master of Practice

is a one a month semi-workshop at every 4th Saturday 1.30-3.00pm.

The 90 minute semi-workshop will be based on the 8 limbs of Patanjali Yoga Sutras Philosophy with a Vinyasa Flow in the Asanas Practice.

Who is the Samsara Halahala - Master of Practice for?

- Everyone from beginners to experienced or Yoga Teachers. 

- Everyone who wants to learn Yoga rather than practice Asanas. 

- Everyone from athletic to post-injured.

Study yoga as a Master of Practice, every forth Saturday of month at the Parsonage Farm School.

Samsara is life’s cycle of Past, Present and Future. Samsara Halahala - Master of Practice Workshops Series will explore the circle by understanding its loop and accepting the truth from observation. 

A one a month semi-workshop at every 4th Saturday 1.30-3.00pm based on the 8 limbs of Yoga Sutras with a Vinyasa Flow.
