Finally the miserable 2020 comes to an end. Each year, we are afraid of unavoidable changes and nothing could be worse than attached to the past. We hope that the future will be brighter, but while we sit down and pray for the better coming year I prefer to move ahead with it.
I plan to continue with my Online Classes through the whole year of 2021, yet in combination of On-Site Classes at the Parsonage Farm School (PFS) if we are allowed to do it.
The schedule will remain;
Monday 6.30-7.30pm (PFS or Online)
Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm Online
Wednesday 9.30-10.30 Online
Thursday 6.30-7.30pm Online
Saturday 9.30-10.30am (PFS or Online)
The new trend of yoga practice in 2021 will be more on restoring ones emotions. Though, we will still practice a lot of Asanas and we will still use Asanas as a main tool in our yoga practice. However, another two main elements I like to add into 2021 practicing are Breathing and Kuldalini Energy.
So please look for my upcoming events beside of my regular classes e.g.,
A 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training / Foundation Course 2021 (YTT2021). This course will be taught both on-site (only to a small group of no more than 8 students) / Live on Zoom and Pre-Recorded for pre-study and review.
There will be some modules in the YTT2021 that may be of interest for people who study online and want to go few more steps deeper in their yoga practice and CPD Training e.g.,
* The Fundamental Practice of Astanga and the Holistic side of 8th Limbs.
* Physiology & Anatomy in relation to Yoga.
* Pathophysiology in relation to Yoga.
* The Science of Breathe & Yogi Breathing.
* ROM (Range of Movements) and A Thine Line Between Safety and Challenge in Yoga practicing.
* Chinese Meridians & Yin Yang Flows energy in related to Yoga.
* Fundamental of Vipassana
